The 2025 TOCCOA RIVER TAGGED-TROUT FISHING DERBY opens March 28 through April 26. Trout Fest 2025 will stock the upper and lower Toccoa River in Fannin County with 100 Trout Fest 2025 tagged trout that carry winnings on their backs!
*Catch any of the 100 Trout Fest 2025 tagged trout stocked in the Toccoa River next spring (see rules to qualify) and reel in a creel-full of awards!

TROUT FEST '25 TAGGED-TROUT FISHING DERBY RULES & REGISTRATION
Watch for the slender yellow tube-tag attached to a trout's back when you catch a Toccoa River trout between March 28 and April 26, 2025. Clip it carefully off the fish, return the tag (see **rules to qualify below) to Trout Fest '25, and you can win from dozens of awards and prizes valued up to $500!

- Fishing Derby open to all ages, no angler pre-registration required.
- Georgia State fishing regulations apply.
- Only Trout Fest 2025 tagged trout are eligible in this derby.
- Trout Fest '25 tagged fish must be caught from March 28 through April 26. Trout Fest '25 tags are not valid and hold no value after April 26, 2025.
- Anglers must remove the tag from the back of the fish, retain the tag for redemption, and complete the TROUT FEST CATCH INFORMATION RECORD below.
- Trout fest tag holders are provided free gate entry (a $10 value) to the 2025 Blue Ridge Trout & Outdoor Adventures Festival, 10 am to 6 pm, April 26, 2024 in downtown Blue Ridge, GA.
- Trout Fest tags are valid for redemption for prizes/award certificates when presented 1) at Event Headquarters at the 2025 Blue Ridge Trout & Outdoor Adventures Festival, 10 am to 6 pm, April 26, 2024 in downtown Blue Ridge, GA; or 2) by mail (tag must be included) to Trout Fest Trout Tags, PO Box 2745, Blue Ridge, GA 30513. Include the tag, your name, address, phone, email and date/place of your catch. MAILED TAGS MUST BE POSTMARKED NO LATER THAN APRIL 28. TAGS MAILED AFTER APRIL 26 ARE NOT VALID FOR PRIZES & AWARDS.
