Blue Ridge is a popular tourist destination for outdoors enthusiasts. Folks visit the area to hike, fish, camp, mountain climb, cycle, whitewater raft, purchase vacation homes, rent lodging of many kinds, and more! More than 3,500 visitors attended in 2016, our first year!

An aerial shot of historic downtown Blue Ridge, GeorgiaThe site of the Breakout Marketplace is the Downtown City Park -- two city blocks in size, paved and grass-covered, providing tent and booth sites for up to 90 vendors. The park is flanked by shops for outdoor adventure outfitters, lodging services, home/cabin decor, clothing, jewelry, gifts, galleries, craft breweries, fine restaurants and the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway.

This is a trout-fishing and outdoors-adventure festival. All exhibitors and non-profit organizations must be approved by the festival committee, which reserves the right to permit exhibitors and limit activities of exhibitors at its sole discretion. Only exhibitors, organizations and products that are approved by the BRTF Committee will be permitted. The application deadline is March 30, 2017.
